I always find it difficult to write these ‘about me’ pages – it’s a British thing ‘One doesn’t like to blow one’s own trumpet’ don’t you know! Fortunately I don’t own a trumpet! So here goes;

Born in Cape Town, South Africa – brought up in Devon, England. Educated by the school of hard knocks and with a Degree of common sense I have been involved with running my own businesses or being involved at a decision making level of businesses since I was eighteen. Some eighteen years later I’ve had successes and failures, highs and lows – so here I am almost back where I started with not a great deal to show for all that hard work except a hell of a lot of experience.

My passion has always be creativity, whether thats Graphic Design or Creative management I have always been a ‘ideas man’ and I love nothing more than thinking up the next big thing – especially for small businesses. From concept to reality I really love the challenge of getting and idea off the ground. That’s why I love new media and the Web. It has never been so possible to get and idea off the ground and out there. Of course there has never been so much competition – we truly are in a Global market now. But one thing I have learned through-out my career is that there is always opportunity for those willing to take the risk and go for it.

So, I am looking for my next set of challenges, armed with a wealth of experience and a fully refreshed tool kit of technical skills I’m looking to help small and medium-sized businesses with a desire to do something great. To challenge the status quo and be exceptional in whatever they do. I want to grow and develop with them and do something amazing.
